The Yewa Central College of Education (YCCE), have graduated Seventy-six inmates of the Old Abeokuta Custodial Center, Ibara, Ogun State.
Also, eighteen others were admitted into the institution to study different courses
At the graduation ceremony, The Controller of the State Command, Mojeed Olaniran, said with the enactment of NCoS Act, 2019, the Service was now a full-fledged reformation institution.
The Provost of the college, Prof. David Bamigbose during the graduation ceremony, commended the Nigerian Correctional (NCoS) for helping the inmates their dreams.
Olaniran said NCoS is willing and ready to team with individuals and organisations to reform inmates in Nigeria.
Furthermore, he advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity and become better citizens.
