In the early hours of Friday 23rd November , the community of Bateba, Calabar south L.G.A. of Cross River State woke up to an horrific site of a baby who have been dumped close to a waste bin.  Many were in shock as they wondered why would a lady who had pass through the pain of childbirth dispose the child without thinking twice.
