It has been confirmed that a senior lecturer at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Prof Yinka Adegbeingbe, who was abducted on Sunday night near Ikire along Ife-Ibadan Expressway, has been released.
The details surrounding his release were still unclear, reports has it that he was in good condition and currently with the Police.
Mrs Folashade Odoro,the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of Osun State Police Command,duly confirmed the professor’s release to journalists in Osogbo.
