Zouma looks likely to leave Chelsea in the summer with both Tottenham and Everton previously linked with the defender.
The 25 year old has failed to establish himself in the Blues first team and has fallen further down the pecking order this season with the emergence of Fikayo Tomori.
Chelsea also have Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger ahead of him and Zouma may look elsewhere for first-team football.
Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on reuniting with him at Tottenham while he also could return to Everton where he spent a successful loan spell last season.
Zouma joined Chelsea in 2014 from Saint Etienne for around £12million and has made 105 appearances for the club.
As well as his loan spell at Everton, he spent the 2017-18 Premier League season with Stoke.
