DAVIDO THANKS HIS MUM FOR HAVING HIS BACK

Davido was only nine years old when his mother passed away. It could be said that he barely knew his mother or enjoy much of the motherly love which he believes he is enjoying now with her watching over him. In remembrance of his mother, Davido named his two daughters after her, Imade and Veronica.

Ever since the success of his O2 Arena show in London, popular music star Davido has been remembering his late mom, Veronica Imade Adeleke, and appreciating her for his success. On Monday, January 28, which is the day after his much celebrated sold out London concert, the singer took to his Instagram page to credit his late mom for the success of his show.

On Friday, February 8, the father of two took to his Instagram page to appreciate his mom for his success in his music career. He called her an ‘angel’. O.B.O also seized the opportunity to share some nice photos of himself. He captioned it: “Only angels can make such Dreams come true .. Thank you mom for watching over your baby !

While Davido is busy appreciating his late mom for who he is today, his girlfriend, Chioma Rowland, has also been showering him with so much love especially after his London concert. She took to her Instagram page to reveal how proud she is of the singer.
