DRUG DEALERS ARRESTED WITH 40KG OF HARD DRUGS IN KEBBI STATE

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Kebbi office has confirmed the arrest of two suspected drug dealers and recovered 40 kilogrammes of hard drugs hidden in 40 pieces of laptop bags in the state.

The state Commander of NDLEA, Mr Suleiman Jadi in his recent statement in Birnin Kebbi on Saturday said that the suspects were intercepted in Yauri Local Government Area of the state on their way to Sokoto State.

The suspects have confessed to their crime and confirmed that this their second time of moving such quantity to Sokoto state this year.

According to him, the suspects will soon be charged to court on conclusion of the investigation.

The commander also called on members of the public to always supply the command with useful information on activities of drug dealers in their communities.
