Georgina Rodriguez has officially confirmed her engagement to football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. The Argentine-Spanish model shared the news on Instagram on Monday evening, posting a photo of an enormous diamond ring accompanied by the caption: “Sí, quiero. En esta y en todas mis vidas” which translates to, “Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.” Rodriguez, 31, has been in a relationship with the former Real Madrid star since 2016, when they met at a Gucci store in Madrid. The couple have two children together, and Rodriguez is also a mother figure to Ronaldo’s other children.
The pair, who currently live in Saudi Arabia following Ronaldo’s contract extension with Al-Nassr earlier this summer, are now preparing for what is expected to be one of the most glamorous weddings in recent memory. Ronaldo’s deal with the Saudi club reportedly earns him £178 million a year, along with a 15 per cent ownership stake, and it appears he spared no expense on the massive engagement ring.
