Glo has said that all existing and new subscibers can enrol by
dialing *777# to be eligible for the Cash token.
An all inclusive recharge-based loyalty program, GloRewards (Cash Token)has been introduced to its costomers by Globacom. This is in a bid to bring a certain
novelty value to its services.
The national telecoms company said that as well as providing an opportunity for a customer to win between N5,000 to N100 million in weekly draws, the subscribers get ‘CASHTOKEN’ of N6 whenever they recharge their lines. This is their cash back and it is assured under the program.
Expantiating on the (modus operandi) of the program, Glo said that after the mandatory enrolment by dialling *777#, subscribers will receive an SMS welcoming them to the program within 48 hours.
It is very interesting to note that accumulated CASHTOKENs can be used to purchase Airtime /Data, pay Electricity bills, Cable Tv bills or other payments. The tokens can also be transferred to the bank and subsequently be wthdrawn.
By and large this new offer is meant to enrich Globacom customers. Globacom says “There is no upper limit to accumulating the CASHTOKENs. Customers will keep earning and accumulating CASHTOKENs as per the eligibility criteria from the time of opt-in until 31st August, 2020, while CASHTOKENs will be credited in a virtual wallet linked to customer’s mobile number within 7 days of recharge. They will be able to view it by dialing *6700#.
Globacom said that customers can enrol for the GloRewards programme between 1st June and 31st August, 2020, adding that they should contact CeLD Innovations helpdesk @09077555557 for any issues related to GloRewards.
“Our loyalty partner, CeLD Innovations, will contact customers when they win in the weekly lottery. The lottery draw will be telecast on TV channels (AIT 253 DSTV and Pop Central 189 DSTV) every Saturday”, the statement concluded.
