Controversial singer Portable whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola has shocked many by saying he is mad and is getting treatment at the Aro Hospital in Abeokuta. He made his statement on social media while asking Nigerians and the Ogun State government to listen to him. This came after the state police named him as a wanted man.
Reports say Portable got into a fight with three town planning officials in Ota, Ogun State. The trouble began when the officials met his father at a local bar and asked for a building plan. Soon after, Portable, armed with a gun and other tools, led a group of nine men to attack the unarmed workers. The injured officials managed to run away and call the police, and nine men were later caught while Portable remains at large.
On Instagram, Portable also claimed that he was set up because he wore a vest with a famous senator’s face. He explained that he takes medicine at Aro Hospital and insists he is not a thief, but a man who helps others. His strange claims and the violent incident have left many people confused and worried about what will happen next.
