It should be recalled that in December, Klopp was fined a sum of up to £8,000 after he ran into the pitch to hug goalkeeper Alisson Becker following his side’s late derby win against Everton at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp has once again been fined a total of £45,000 by the Football Association. He was charged for making foul comments against refree, Kevin Friend following Liverpools match against West Ham on the 4th of February.

The F.A has revealed that Klopp’s comments made during a post-match interview breached FA Rule E3(1), as he questioned the integrity of the match referee.

Klopp’s Liverpool currently sit second on goal difference in the Premier League behind Manchester City. Jurgen klopp had revealed that he thought Friend realised he should have ruled out Sadio Mane’s 22nd-minute opener as James Milner was clearly offside in the build-up and tried to make up for it over the remainder of the game.
