JUVENTUS STAR, CRISTIANO RONALDO BREAKS ANOTHER RECORD WITH A BRACE OVER GENOA

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo brace yesterday against Genoa took his goal tally in Serie A to 31 goals in 2020.

Since Omar Sivori in 1961, the 5 times Ballon d’Or winner breaks a standing record of 59years to become the first player for Juventus to score 30 + League goals in a single calendar year.

The Old Lady have failed to win on the road this season whenever Ronaldo doesn’t make the match day squad either due to Covid-19 or Coach Pirlo’s decision to rest him. He was brought on against Spezia and he scored a brace as Juventus defeated Spezia 4-1 and he also had a brace yesterday against Genoa, the other three matches on the road have resulted into a 1-1 draw when Ronaldo didn’t make the matchday squad.

With two goals scored last weekend, it took his total official goals to 754 and now just 4 goals away from surpassing Famous Brazilian Star Pele as the Footballer with most Official goals scored.
