JUVENTUS STAR, CRISTIANO RONALDO’S HOME IN PORTUGAL BURGLED

Cristiano Ronaldo’s house was burgled while he played in Portugal’s goalless draw with Spain on Wednesday.

The Juventus star hit the woodwork as he came up against former Real Madrid teammate Sergio Ramos in the international friendly.

The burglar is understood to have snuck in when a member of Ronaldo’s staff opened the garage door.

A signed Juventus shirt is reported to be among the list of stolen items.

While Ronaldo’s partner Georgina Rodriguez was away at Paris Fashion Week, it is unclear whether his mum Dolores or brother Hugo were in the house at the time.

Police are on the lookout for the thief, but no arrests have been made as of yet.

The suspect is believed to be known to the police and was identified due to the house’s CCTV.

Ronaldo has started the domestic season in fine form with three goals in Juventus’ first two Serie A matches under Andrea Pirlo.
