President of the Nigeria layout congress, comrade Ayuba Wabba, has now been declared wanted by the governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.
Wabba publicly staged a protest in Kaduna where he led members of NLC to fight the policies of El-Rufai led administration.
The government of Kaduna state claims that the protest held crippled economic activities in the state as Banks, hospitals, train station, airport were shut while the state was plunged into darkness as electricity workers also joined the mass action.
