According to reports, the girl’s modus operandi involved transporting the drugs to a point of sale in Agege. In a shocking revelation, she detailed her daily routine of carrying the illicit substances from her home to the shop. Her arrest came about when she was stopped on the road and taken to a police station. During a routine search, the drugs were discovered on her. She claimed that her aunt would place the drugs in her body every day, so she could take them to the shop for her aunt’s sales.

The young suspect, Abass, sought forgiveness for her actions, attributing them to the economic challenges faced by the country.

Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Command, emphasized the importance of public vigilance and collaboration with law enforcement in the ongoing battle against drug-related crimes and other societal issues. Hundeyin revealed that once contact is reestablished with the girl’s family, she will be reunited with them, while her aunt will face legal consequences for her involvement in the illegal activity.
