American rapper, Nicki Minaj, is facing legal action as she has been sued by Roseark Jewellery store in West Hollywood over alleged unpaid bills and damage to custom jewellery. The lawsuit claims that Nicki’s stylist, Brett Alan Nelson, signed a contract with the jeweller, wherein they agreed to lend Nicki jewellery for a public appearance.

Under the terms of the contract, Brett was obligated to return the borrowed jewellery within a week and assume responsibility for any damages that occurred while in his possession. However, the lawsuit states that 66 pieces of jewellery were not returned on time by the agreed-upon deadline.

Furthermore, upon their eventual return, a set of earrings and a leaf ring were noticeably damaged.

Nicki’s attorney has responded to the allegations, denying her responsibility and suggesting that the jeweller is seeking publicity through the lawsuit. In defense, a source close to Nicki informed TMZ that all the items were returned on time as promised. They also claimed that the store’s complaint about a missing stone arose only after the jewellery had been in the possession of the jeweller for some time.

The lawsuit highlights the dispute between Nicki Minaj and Roseark Jewellery store, shedding light on the allegations of unpaid bills and damaged jewellery. The legal proceedings will determine the outcome of this contentious situation.
