Egyptian goal-scoring dynamo Mohamed Salah just signed his new deal to continue rocking Anfield beyond this 2024-25 season. The 32-year-old who joined the Reds from AS Roma back in 2017 is tearing it up once more with 32 goals in 45 appearances, 27 in the Premier League leading the way with 22 assists to go with that. He just won’t stop, and the Reds’ fans are delirious with joy!

“I’m very excited,” Salah said to Liverpoolfc.com. “We’ve got an unbelievable team now and I signed because I think that we can win more trophies and enjoy ourselves playing.” Seven major medals are already on his tally with the club which includes the Premier League and Champions League—and these are his happiest years. “Eight years here, maybe 10 soon, I’m living and loving football and life in Liverpool,” he said.

This is pure gold to boss Arne Slot who is relying on Salah to pursue more silverware. Salah is third on the all-time scoring list at Liverpool with 243 goals in 394 matches and has won three Golden Boots and two Player of the Year awards. He’s acknowledging the fans as well: “I’m so happy here, keep cheering us on, and we’ll fight for more trophies together!”.
