New notes will not be in circulation until after the elections- Femi Fani- Kayode

Tinubu/Shettima Director of Special Media Projects, Operations, and New Media, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode, a member of the Campaign Council, has stated that “a hidden agenda” will prevent Nigerians from receiving the new Naira notes until after the upcoming general elections in 2023.

He was quoted saying, “There is a hidden agenda, so it will be very difficult for people to get the new naira notes until after the elections.”
“This is what I see happening, and I have to tell you that I find the current policies of the governor of the central bank to be questionable. I have no doubts about the policy itself; The policy’s timing raises questions for me. He stated, “I knew as far back as Christmas that this was what they were going to do. People are suffering, people are going through hell, and people can barely achieve anything.”

Fani-Kayode asserts that the CBN governor’s recent actions are attributable to the powers that have backed him.

“Yes, we ultimately require a cashless policy, but why is it being implemented at this crucial time? Not only will it result in suffering, resentment, and hatred of the ruling class as a whole, but also of the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress. Additionally, I am vehemently claiming on your program today that the governor of the central bank has a hidden agenda.

He stated that the goal of the current events is to enrage not only the ruling party but also the political class.

However, no matter what the so-called “elements” do, Tinubu will win and be elected president, according to the Tinubu-Shettima spokesperson.
“Let’s get this out of the way once and for all: Buhari and Asiwaju Bola Tinbubu are the same person, and we are in this together until the end—as a government and an individual. He stated, “The party and the government are one with Asiwaju, and we are proceeding together.”
