Ogun state Governor, Dapo Abiodun has given a sum of N2m and a house to the best graduating student of Lagos State University as a sign of motivating him to do more for his achievements.
Oladimeji Shotunde who is an Indigene of Ogun state set the highest CGPA record in the history of Lagos State University. Oladimeji Shotunde graduated with 4.95 CGPA during the 2018/2019 academic session and had his convocation in 2020.
He was a student of the Faculty of Management Science from the Department of Business Administration and he went on to set the best graduating record in the University.
Reacting to the achievement, Governor Dapo Abiodun congratulated the student and encouraged him to do better in his post-graduate studies, he gave him ₦2 million and a house just to motivate him to do better and he promised to always appreciate academically excellent students.
