A training aircraft belonging to the International Aviation College in Ilorin crash-landed at the Ilorin International Airport on Wednesday.
The plane that crash landed was with the registration Number 5N-BNH. Two pilots were onboard when the plane crash landed at exactly 11:05am without any casualty. The sad incident caused serious panic within the airport and Ilorin environ.
It was learnt that the staff of IAC including the rector and some of the airport workers were on the scene of the incident which affected flight operations for three hours.
The state Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed who was said to be returning from his Abuja trip was also delayed as a result of the incident.
