Pastor Tunde Bakare, has on Tuesday night, during an Instagram Live session with Dele Momodu stated that the South-East does not have the numbers yet, to produce a Nigeria President of Igbo extraction.

Bakare said because of the way the country is structured, the Igbos would need a ‘handshake’ between the North and South for this to happen.

He also advised that the Igbos should also come to mainstream politics, state that APGA as a party cannot win a presidential election in Nigeria.

Recognizing that every citizen of Nigeria regardless of ethnic personality can aspire to the position of the president, he also states that democracy is a ruthless game of numbers And that if you don’t have the numbers you don’t stand a chance.

Bakare also in his advice to the Igbos said that they should find a way of reaching out to others to form some kind of alliance that will produce victory at the poll.
