PETER OBI DRUMS SUPPORT FOR PDP GUBERNATORIAL CANDITATES

The Vice Presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic party (PDP) in the 2019 general elections, Peter Obi, has called on well meaning Nigerians to massively vote candidates of PDP in this Saturday’s elections. Obi made the statement during a news conference in his Onitsha residence

He asked supporters to overlook the outcome of the Feb.23 presidential and national assembly elections,and he further charged supporters of PDP to be bold and come out on March 9 to vote massively for PDP candidates.

Mr Obi has assured PDP supporters that the party would challenge the declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari as the winner of the Feb.23 presidential election in court. He claims that justice would prevail sooner rather than later.

Mr Obi frowned at the killings that occured during the Feb.23 elections and he has used the medium to send condolence messages to the affected families. He also commended young Nigerians who participated in the nation’s elections for the first time.
