POLICE ARREST GRAND MOTHER WHO BATHED HER GRANDCHILDREN WITH PEPPER AND CHAINED THEM FOR EATING WITHOUT HER PERMISSION

A grandmother who bathed her grandchildren aged 7 and 8 with pepper and also chained them naked for eating without her permission, has been arrested by the Rivers State Police Command.

The grandmother identified simply as Mama Vera, subjected the two kids to the horrific act for drinking garri without her permission.

Mama Vera who was also accused of stopping her grandchildren from going to school was arrested after their neighbours at Mgbuoba in Obio/Akpor Local Government area of Rivers State, broke into her apartment after the children cried out for help.
