Nigerian fans of the HBO fantasy series ‘Game of Thrones’ could not contain their excitement on social media following the release of the show’s trailer.
After several months of anticipation, the wait is now almost over as fans of much watched series ‘Game of Thrones’ finally got their first extended look at the show’s final season on Tuesday. HBO’s official twitter page released a post that says “the trailer is here”, something that rings a bell for fans of the series.
The trailer is roughly a two-minute preview which opened with Arya Stark in total darkness breathing heavily and talking of the great threat posed by the White Walkers and the army of the dead.
She was quoted saying “I know death. He’s got many faces, I’m looking forward to seeing this one,”. The dark teaser offered a glimpse of several major characters of the show, which includes Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen preparing for battle at the Stark’s stronghold.
