PRESIDENT BUHARI VOWS TO PROBE ALL PAST, PRESENT CORRUPT CASES

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday vowed to reveal all corrupt cases in Nigeria.

Buhari said all corrupt cases both past and present would be revisited.

According to Daily Post He stated this at the Presidential Villa, Abuja and was contained in a statement forwarded by his spokesman, Garba Shehu.

Buhari lamented that there has been abuse of trust by some people in both the previous and this administration.

He explained that the probe was responsible for the setting up of a commission to look into such cases of corruption.

“All past and present corrupt cases will be fully investigated.

“All of such cases will be uncovered and firmly dealt with by his government.

“This is why we put the commission (of investigation) in place. There has been abuse of trust by people trusted by the previous administration and this administration.”
