The Presidential Election Petition Court, led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, has announced the adjournment of the pre-hearing for the petition brought by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
The proceedings will resume on Monday, May 22, 2023, as agreed upon by the involved parties.
During the session, Justice Tsammani instructed the parties to engage in consultations and provide a report to the court regarding the consolidation of pertinent issues before the next scheduled hearing date.
