RAMSEY SIGNS FOR JUVENTUS

Prolific Arsenal midfielder, Aaron Ramsey who signed for the gunners from Cardiff City in 2008 at the age of 17years and has over 200 appearances for the club, lifting the FA cup 3 times is set to undergo a medical ahead of a free transer which is scheduled to happen in the summer. Ramsey who was offered a new contract by Arsenal saw his contract pulled out by Arsenal’s new boss, Unai Emery.

Europe’s biggest clubs who have been monitoring the situation have since entered the race for his signature. Clubs such as Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Manchester United amongst others are willing to do what it takes to land the Welsh midfielder. However, Ramsey has opted to join the Italian Champions, Juventus.

With personal terms agreed, Ramsey is set to have a medical in Turin on Sunday where he would be expected to put pen to paper on a 5year contract worth about £36million. He has agreed to see out his contract with Arsenal before joining up with the Biaconeri on the 1st of July.

Ramsey will join a star studed Juventus side with the likes of 5 time balon d’or winner, Christiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala, Blaise Matuidi, to mention but a few. He would have to do battle for a place in the midfield with the likes of Miralem Pjanic, Sami Khedira and Blaise Matuidi.
