The Vice president of the nation, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo was in a chopper that crashed on Saturday in Kabba, Kogi state.
Senior special assistant to the vice- president on media and publicity, Mr Laolu Akande was quick to announce via twitter that the Vice-president and his crew are safe.
After the crash, the Vice-president confirmed that he will continue with his engagement and plans for the day in Kogi. In a statement he was quoted saying, “We give all the glory to God, our able protector and commend all the Flight Crew officials for their service. We are marching on for indeed we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us”.
