Simon Lalong, Chairman of Northern Governor has disclosed that the Northern governors have agreed to openly take the first doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
He disclosed that the move was aimed at reducing fear in the region.
The decision was disclosed yesterday by Lalong who is the Governor of Plateau State, he disclosed it at a teleconference organised by the Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, SABMF.
The governor who was represented by Danladi Atu, Secretary to the Plateau State Government, said he and his colleagues have agreed to be in the front line to take the first doses, he also said that this will encourage the people to take the vaccine.
