UEFA THREATEN TEAMS OVER PARTICIPATION IN EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE

The Uefa has threatened the 12 clubs that want to create the European Super League, that they will be banned from the elite competition.

Despite the warning, the 12 teams went ahead and announced the new competition will consist of 20 teams. The European Super league is set to replace the UEFA Champions League and will be played in the middle of the week.

Rumors making the rounds say that the Uefa Champions League may be temporarily canceled or the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Manchester City that have joined the Super League will be banned. Only PSG are in the Semi-final of the competition that is yet to have joined the European Super League.

Likewise the Europa League, Arsenal, and Manchester United may also be banned depending on the outcome of the meeting that UEFA will have later today.
